After my first BodyTalk session I was amazed at how powerful it was and its endless applications. After attending the one day BodyTalk Access course my hayfever was completely gone and this drew me to further training.

I have had a lifelong interest in alternative therapies and my background in Reiki, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Training are integrated with BodyTalk techniques.

I love the fact that BodyTalk works on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels and also has techniques which the client can take away from the session to use on themselves. Of course, it would be great if everyone learned the Access routine.

What I love most about being a BodyTalk practitioner is seeing how powerful it can be in people's lives and its endless potential.
